Personal data is stored and hosted by our subcontractors Orange, OVH SAS, Lucca, and Reservio, who manage our sites: www.domainedulieuplaisant.com and domaine-du-lieu-plaisant.reservio.com. These sites are developed and maintained using WordPress and proprietary applications.

All personal data is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except with explicit consent or when required to deliver our services through subcontractors.

The Domaine du Lieu Plaisant does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

7/ WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

You may withdraw your consent for processing your personal data at any time by submitting a dated request in writing or electronically, along with a copy of your ID.

No withdrawal is possible for data processed on contractual or legitimate interest grounds.

The withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to the withdrawal.

Le Domaine du Lieu Plaisant takes appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration.

Passwords are encrypted. Server access and backups are encrypted and managed by Orange, OVH SAS, Lucca, and Reservio. Connection logs and IP addresses are stored for one year by OVH SAS in compliance with legal requirements. Information on IP addresses connecting to the server and HTTP logs is retained for one year by the hosting provider OVH SAS, in accordance with legal obligations.

However, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free, and that the processes, systems, and technologies used and maintained by Le Domaine du Lieu Plaisant may be subject to malicious acts. As a result, we cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages arising from the wrongful or unlawful use of your personal data by a third party.

12/ COMPLAINTS

If you believe your personal data is being unlawfully processed, you may file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence, workplace, or the place of the alleged violation.
